Campus Recruitment Training is for the students appearing in Penultimate and Final year of their graduation as they are the eligible students to appear in the Campus Placement. An Organization visiting a college for recruitment of fresh graduates is generally interested in testing their Aptitude along with their Attitude for which they generally conducts their placement drives in the following three rounds:-

  1. Aptitude Test
  2. Group Discussion
  3. Personal Interview

Aptitude Test is the stage where the recruiter will be testing the aptitude of the student and this is the most important round as generally it is used as a filter to get the cream students out of the crowd and the students clearing this round are eligible for the upcoming rounds ,i.e., Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Further the selected students are then made to sit in a Group Discussion which is followed by Personal Interview. On clearing all the stages successfully, a student is finally selected for the job.

As the above mentioned topics (Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview) are generally not a part of curriculum, APTIMANIA provide the students a formal training which includes preparation for Aptitude Building, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
